Vinification Method / Maturation: Skin contact for 7 hours under inert atmosphere at 8 Celsius degrees, controlled alcoholic fermentation, stirring with fine lees for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: Bright rose color, with salmon colour hints. Fruity and floral nose with rich expression, rose petals and strawberries. Rich and fat in the mouth, with crispy acidity well balanced with the sweetness, long and complex finish reminding the nose aromas, with long aftertaste.
