Harvest: selective harvest for achieving the optimum grapes maturity
Vinification Method / Maturation: Skin contact for 14 hours under inert atmosphere at 7 Celsius degrees, controlled alcoholic fermentation, stirring with fine lees for 2 months in white toasted french oak barrels of 225ml and for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Characteristics: Brilliant light yellow color. Intense and rich nose, typical of the variety, with citrus, chamomile, white stone fruits, pear and hints of oak. Full mouth, creamy, with excellent balance, freshness and finesse. Persistent aftertaste aromas with long finish.

Food Pairing: White meats in rich creamy sauces, roasted vegetables, sweetbreads, grilled fishes in white sauces and smoked fishes.
