Greek rare variety that is cultivated at the traditional pergola. The vineyards are located in the Pozar region, well known for their thermal baths.
Harvest: selective harvest for achieving the optimum grapes maturity
Vinification Method / Maturation: Skin contact for 24 hours under inert atmosphere at 7 Celsius degrees, controlled alcoholic fermentation, stirring with fine lees for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Characteristics: Brilliant light yellow color with greenish hints. Elegant and complex nose, with citrus, pear, banana, green apple, pine and hints of vanilla. Creamy with excellent balance, finesse and freshness. Long finish and persistent aftertaste aromas.
Food Pairing: Fresh shellfish, white meat with light sauces, pasta dishes, Greek salad (tomato & feta cheese), Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
